Where it begins
For a custom piece, the process begins with getting to know what you’re looking for — the style, the feeling, what matters to you, and the budget.
You may come to us with a clear idea, a reference image, an existing stone, or simply a sense of what you love. Together, we refine the direction and choose the stone that will lead the design.
The choice is guided not only by the technical qualities of the diamond or gemstone, but also by its color, cut, proportions and presence — so it feels right for the piece, for you, and for the budget.
From idea to design
Once the stone is chosen, the design begins.
We develop the structure and proportions of the piece with attention not only to how it looks, but also to comfort, balance and the way the stone sits within the design.
From there, the design moves into precise 3D planning, where the dimensions, proportions and setting details are carefully defined.
Before production begins, you can review the design, refine details if needed, and approve the direction before we move forward.
From design to making
Once the design is approved, the piece moves into production.
After casting, the hands-on work begins — cleaning, refining, building the structure and polishing the form.
This is where the digital design becomes a real piece of jewelry, and where skilled craftsmanship brings precision and character to the smallest details.
The stones are then set individually according to the structure of the piece and the type of setting chosen. Each setting is carefully checked so the result is secure, clean and precise.
Your piece is ready
Before leaving the studio, every piece goes through final polishing and a careful quality check.
We inspect the setting, measurements, finish, symmetry, comfort and overall appearance. Only when the piece meets our standards is it carefully packed and prepared for secure delivery.
This is where the process comes full circle — with a piece created especially for you.

A few things to know
Our process
Timing varies depending on the design, its complexity and the availability of the stones. In most cases, a piece is completed within 10–14 business days after final design approval. More complex designs may take a little longer.
Yes. For custom pieces, we present a digital rendering before production begins and make any necessary adjustments. We only move forward once the design has been approved.
For many designs, yes. Depending on the piece, we may be able to adjust the size, gold color, gemstone or other details. Contact us and we’ll let you know what is possible.
Absolutely. You don’t need to arrive with a finished idea. We can start with a conversation, an inspiration image, a stone you love, or simply a general direction — and develop it together.
Materials & Quality
We are licensed by the Israeli government to trade diamonds. All our diamonds are NATURAL and untreated.
Yes. Gemstones commonly undergo treatments to intensify the stone's natural color and clarity, making the gemstone more beautiful and valuable. These treatments are common and permanent.
Yes. We provide a professional Gemological lab certificate with each item we sell.
Orders & Service
As a diamond trader in the Israeli Diamond Exchange we have first choice in buying and selling diamonds. This eliminates the middleman enabling us to sell to our customers at wholesale prices.
US customers may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is complimentary.
Yes. All orders are fully insured in transit and require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, as undelivered shipments may be returned to the courier facility or require redelivery.
3 - 12 business days for processing your order. And approx. 2 - 4 days shipping to your door. We ship with secured and insured DHL / FedEx.
